Private Coaching Sessions are typically held at Lake Monger (Wembley) and Yokine Reserve (Yokine). If those aren’t ideal for you, I am able to travel to a park closer to your location (travel fees may apply depending on distance).

1-on-1 training is the perfect way for players to focus on their individual development in a way that team sessions can’t always offer. 

These sessions are tailored to each player’s needs, whether it’s improving technique, building confidence, working on weak points, or sharpening specific skills like dribbling, passing, or finishing.

 

While club training is essential for team play and match fitness, 1-on-1 sessions provide that extra edge - they allow for more touches on the ball, direct feedback, and faster progress. 

 

Every player aiming to improve should consider 1-on-1 training as a valuable addition to their regular club training.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private coaching to boost skills, confidence, and that winning edge—tailored just for your kid. 

PLYOMETRICS are explosive exercises that involve rapid stretching and contracting of muscles to increase power and speed. Examples include wall sit with ball squeeze, isometric hamstring bridge hold, single leg balance with ball control. They're commonly used in athletic training to improve performance.

ISOMETRIC exercises involve holding a muscle contraction without movement. The muscle stays the same length, and the joint angle doesn’t change. Examples include lateral bounds, tuck jumps, planks and long strides. These exercises help build strength and stability.

Each session is 60 minutes.

GROUP SESSIONS & SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Join our group training sessions in collaboration with OKO Soccer Academy, designed for players of all levels who want to sharpen their technique, improve decision-making, and build confidence in a fun, challenging, and team-focused environment.

Led by experienced coaches and supported by Coach Nick, these sessions offer a dynamic blend of technical drills, small-sided games, and tactical learning to help players elevate their football IQ and on-field performance.

How to Join:
To enquire about joining the group sessions, please visit the OKO Soccer Academy website and mention the code Coachnick9 in your message or enquiry form. This will ensure you get connected directly to the right program and receive all the relevant information.

Position-specific drills, fitness routines, skill development, plyometrics and isometric exercises.

I provide weekly training plans that are adjusted based on the player's progress and needs.

These are monthly plans because 4 weeks is how long it takes to get an idea of where a player is at and to see initial results.

ONLINE COACHING

Because we at Coach Nick 9 understand not everybody has the means or time to travel, we've introduced online training modules. From beginner drills to pro-level tricks, our virtual sessions bring the field to you—anytime, anywhere.

Our online coaching offers several options but if none of the outlined programs seem like the right fit for you or your child, please don't hesitate to get in contact so we can tailor a program just for you!

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all players and families, please take a moment to read our booking and cancellation guidelines:

First Session

  • The first session must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

  • This payment is non-refundable.

  • However, if you're unable to attend, the session can be rescheduled to another available day as long as you provide at least 3 hours' notice.

Packages (5 or 10 Sessions)

  • If you choose to book a package of 5 or 10 sessions, the full amount must be paid on the day of your first session.

  • This secures your spot and allows for better planning and consistency.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We ask for a minimum of 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.

  • With enough notice, we’re happy to reschedule your session to another available day.
